Details:
On Saturday, July 18, 2020, deputies assigned to the Lake Elsinore Sheriff’s Station conducted an occupied vehicle check in the 22000 Block of Bundy Canyon Road, Wildomar.

The driver, Jonathan Leo Ruggles, a 40-year-old resident of Lake Elsinore, was contacted. Methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia was located in plain sight inside the vehicle. Deputies searched the vehicle and located stolen merchandise, personal identifying information not belonging to Ruggles and over 400 gift cards from various stores. 

Jonathan Leo Ruggles, was arrested and booked into the Cois Byrd Detention Center for the above listed charges.

This is an ongoing investigation, and anyone with further information is asked to contact Deputy Jackson and Deputy Lequire at the Lake Elsinore Sheriff’s Station (951) 245-3300.
